How do I link my GitHub account?

Click "Link GitHub account" in the settings site to start OAuth. The board only requests the scopes needed for the mode you pick.

Can I show a private repo?

Yes — OAuth covers private repos you own or have access to. Pick the repo full name in settings.

Can I change the contribution colours?

Yes. Each of the five contribution intensity levels (level0 – level4) is a tunable RGB colour.
