Frequently asked questions
How big an area can the board cover?
Any bounding box you specify — from a harbour basin to a wide stretch of coast. Smaller boxes give clearer detail; larger boxes give traffic-flow patterns.
Can I colour-code by ship type?
Yes. Per-type and per-vessel colour maps (RGB) are set from the settings site, so cargo, tanker, passenger, etc. can each stand out.
Does it show land outlines?
Optionally. Toggle land mass on for geographic context, or off for a pure traffic view.
