Frequently asked questions
How do I push data to it?
The Custom Map board accepts dots via the Dottie worker API. You configure bounds and grid sizing from the settings site; your feed publishes lat/lng points.
Can I show land outlines?
Optionally — set an outline colour to orient viewers around coastlines, borders, or other shapes.
What happens to old dots?
Each dot has a TTL in seconds. Once expired it disappears, so the board stays responsive to live data.
